  Pictures always turn out fine, but the customer service is terrible. I had an employee try to discuss politics with me after informing me I couldn't purchase my photo due to copyright issues (I had purchased the photo off of Etsy so copyright issues were NOT an issue). Don't understand where the politics came from...Just recently, an employee told me, "Just for future reference, if you have shopping to do, do that first and come back when someone is here and maybe get your toddler under control before you come over." A two year old who was acting perfectly fine, just standing and watching me pay...The pictures where the only thing I needed and I didn't need advice from someone who was literally moseying around 5 ft from the photo desk. Other employees were too busy looking at their phones and ignored me completely when I asked for help.
  Completely unacceptable and I will not be going back to this photo center. Horrible service to someone who is nothing but nice and has had years of customer service training...Never ever had a problem anywhere else except here. Shouldn't be that difficult to give me my photos, let me pay, and keep your mouth shut. Whatever happened to quality customer service that customers can trust?...
